Library Activities to Enhance Reading – April 2025


During the month of April 2025, the school library organized various activities to promote reading habits among students.

A large number of students actively participated in book issue and exchange activities. They showed keen interest in exploring new titles and genres available in the library.

A speech session was organized where students expressed their views on the importance of reading and how books help in developing knowledge and imagination.

In addition, reading sessions were held during library periods to encourage students to read aloud and improve their pronunciation, fluency, and confidence.

These activities successfully created an engaging reading environment and motivated students to develop regular reading habits.

जल पखवाड़ा के दौरान बाल संसद गतिविधि


जल पखवाड़ा के अंतर्गत विद्यालय में बाल संसद गतिविधि का आयोजन किया गया। इस गतिविधि का उद्देश्य विद्यार्थियों में जल संरक्षण के प्रति जागरूकता बढ़ाना तथा प्राकृतिक संसाधनों के सदुपयोग की भावना विकसित करना था।

कार्यक्रम के दौरान बाल संसद के सदस्यों ने जल संकट, वर्षा जल संचयन, एवं दैनिक जीवन में जल बचाने के उपायों पर चर्चा की। विद्यार्थियों ने जल संरक्षण के लिए अपने-अपने विचार और सुझाव प्रस्तुत किए।

विद्यालय की जल मंत्री एवं अन्य संसद सदस्यों ने “जल ही जीवन है” का संदेश पूरे विद्यालय में प्रसारित किया। उन्होंने भाषणों, पोस्टरों और घोषणाओं के माध्यम से जल संरक्षण का महत्व बताया।


निष्कर्ष

इस बाल संसद गतिविधि ने विद्यार्थियों में नेतृत्व क्षमता, पर्यावरण चेतना तथा जिम्मेदारी की भावना को प्रोत्साहित किया। कार्यक्रम ने सफलतापूर्वक जल संरक्षण का संदेश विद्यालय समुदाय तक पहुँचाया।

 

‘Pustak Uphar’ Activity – April 2025



In the month of April 2025, the school library organized a special activity titled ‘Pustak Uphar’ (Book Donation Drive) to promote the spirit of sharing and encourage reading among students.

Students from various classes enthusiastically participated by donating books from their personal collections, including story books, novels, magazines, and educational titles. The donated books were carefully collected, categorized, and added to the library collection under a special section titled “Gifted by Students.”

This activity not only enriched the library resources but also inspired students to contribute towards building a culture of reading and sharing knowledge. The event received an overwhelming response and reflected the students’ sense of responsibility and love for books.


Conclusion

The ‘Pustak Uphar’ initiative successfully fostered generosity, teamwork, and a positive reading culture within the school. The library extends heartfelt appreciation to all students for their valuable contributions.
